SERVPRO® of Pembroke Pines / West Miramar Construction General Labor (Punch List)

Seeking individuals with experience in Construction, Build-Back, Recon and similar industries!!

Primary Responsibilities

· Construction General Labor Experienced Required

· Assist the Construction Project Manager to complete each Rebuild job

· Order Materials for each reconstruction / rebuild job

· Pick up and deliver materials for each on a timely manner

· All Materials and Supplies purchased must be within Budget

· Management must approve all purchases

· Complete Punch List tasks including:

o Light Painting

o Some Drywall and Patching

o Baseboard removal and Installation

o Trim and Crown Moldings

o Demolition

o Other Punch List Tasks

· Maintain communication with Subs and keep track of job progress

· Help keep job site clean and organized

· Other Construction General Labor duties

Position Requirements

· Bilingual Preferred (Spanish and English)

· 2-5 years’ experience in Construction General Labor

· 2-5 years’ Drywall experience

· 2-5 years’ Flooring / Baseboard experience

· 2-5 years’ Painting experience

· Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, or up to 100 pounds with assistance

· Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)

· Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
